Packages are monthly, due on the 28th of each month prior to services being rendered. 

Each package includes four, in-person tutoring sessions at a location convenient for the client. A travel fee of $0.70 per mile will apply for each in-person tutoring session.

Clients must choose one monthly package but have the option to:

1) add one additional tutoring session at the rate of $79 per session--ideal for clients who want continuous services, even if there are five weeks in a given month, or for clients who need an extra session here and there, or

2) add four additional tutoring sessions for $289+ (price depends on subjects)--ideal for clients who prefer two sessions per week.

Clients who opt not to purchase a package will receive Unboggle Boost tutoring at $79 per session for one subject, with an additional $5 fee for each extra subject.

A discount of 10% will be applied to any package for online sessions.

Tutoring sessions are 55 minutes, unless otherwise specified.

Payments for tutoring services are non-refundable. Our goal is to provide high-quality tutoring by carefully matching each of our clients with an educator who best fits their individual needs. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please contact us immediately so we can work together to find a solution.

You may reschedule a tutoring session with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting your tutor directly. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session will be forfeited, and you will be charged in full. However, if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your unused session will roll over and can be scheduled for a later date.

Yes, we offer last-minute tutoring sessions. Our tutors will make every effort to fit these sessions into their schedules. Please be aware that a $15 fee applies to any session booked with less than 24 hours' notice.
